Will Stanley serves as our Firm Administrator, bringing over a decade of comprehensive legal experience to the role. Prior to his current position, Will worked as a Litigation Paralegal focusing on Personal Injury matters. His background includes several years as a insurance defense paralegal, where he gained extensive experience navigating both state and federal court systems. Will’s deep understanding of legal operations combined with his sincere compassion and distinctive radio-worthy voice, make him trusted presence and favorite among our clients and court personnel. He oversees the Firm’s day-to-day operations and plays a key role in shaping internal practices and standards that enable the team to serve the community with excellence and integrity.

Away from work, Will is a dedicated family man who enjoys coaching his son and daughter in youth sports. He spends his free time outdoors with his wife, kids and their golden retriever, tackling home improvement projects, landscaping, cooking, and occasionally brewing his own beer. A proud supporter of the Wolfpack, Will brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his personal life that he brings to the Firm.
