Founding Partner, Insurance Bad Faith Disputes Lead
Matt Gambale is a lawyer and founding member of Counsel Carolina and leads the firm’s practice in insurance bad faith disputes. His father Vincent was an Assistant United States Attorney, who inspired and encouraged Matt to become a lawyer. Matt has represented clients in state and federal trial courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
In his free time Matt enjoys running. As an undergraduate Matt was a varsity distance runner, and competed in both ACC and IC4A Championship finals.
