Michelle Dewkett-Kochhar is a workers compensation attorney who has focused her practice on serving injured workers and the Spanish speaking community as a bilingual attorney. Michelle is passionate about getting injured workers the benefits owed to them and has spent her career fighting for Plaintiffs throughout North Carolina. Michelle serves on the NCBA Workers Compensation Committee and Minorities in the Profession Committee, and she was voted a Best Lawyers Rising Star for 2026.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys baking, reading, and hanging out with her husband, daughter, and her 4 pets.
